This week’s featured BC Instagrammer, @powdermatt, is sharing his favourite destinations throughout the province.
Tofino Time: Relax more… No better way than yoga time in nature. British Columbia has so many special spots, but I particularly enjoy the Pacific ocean’s soothing sound, and sand in your toes.
Tofino: Make it last. Just one more ‘Last Wave’ – can’t get enough of the special freshness of surfing off the west coast of Vancouver Island. Cool inspirations happen here.
‘I love learning about native history & tradition’ as we finished our tour of the Nk’Mip Desert Cultural Centre, ‘ moments in time – time to reflect – a perfect spot, Osoyoos, British Columbia.
Fernie: Slack off in British Columbia more. Slack time fun in a mountain community near you: Golden, Kimberley and Fernie are perfect ‘Places to Slack’.
‘Get Physical’ Trail run time – like short or long trail runs – it is all here in BC – one of my favourites is the Yoho Valley in Yoho National Park , near Field.
‘River Time’ summertime is meant for splashes. British Columbia has so many great floats. My lazy day river time on the Elk River, Fernie, BC.
‘Mountains Come Alive’. Morning mist and cloud dance in the Canadian Rockies near Fernie, British Columbia.
