Exploring BC with the Pointer brothers! From stand up paddleboarding in Tofino to hiking in the Sunshine Coast rainforest, our Instagrammer of the week, @ifitwags takes us on a spectacular BC journey with their two adorable German Shorthaired Pointers, Gus and Travis! Needless to say, exploring BC with your furry friends couldn’t be a better way to enjoy the province!
Standup paddleboarding in Tofino. Gus has unreal balance and loves to always be included!
Cliff Gilker Park on the Sunshine Coast. This is a great spot for an easy hike, huge trees and beautiful streams.
Sometimes you just need to soak up the energy from these old giants.
Gus making friends on the beach in Tofino.
Gus and Travis on the cliff in Deep Cove, North Vancouver. This is one of our regular hiking spots.
We love to trail run with the dogs. We explore most of the trails around the Lower Mainland. This was taken along the dyke in Maple Ridge.
We jumped in our car this weekend without a destination in mind and ended up finding the most amazing view point up a logging road on a mountain in Chilliwack. We got up there just in time to watch the sunset and the moonrise.
I love photographing dogs, going on adventures, exploring our beautiful province. This summer we decided not to go on any big trips but to stay home and see the province with the dogs. We bought a new Truck and a roof top tent and we’re having a blast! I was born and raised in Vancouver, I love to travel, trail run, camp, explore. I need to get to the forest multiple times a week or I go a little batty!
